As a member of the Appraisers Association of America, I recently "successfully completed a 15-hour course and examination on the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), the Congressionally-recognized set of appraisal standards promulgated by the Appraisers Foundation")*. Completed in February 2009, effective through 2014. In addition, I bring 32 years of experience as a Fine Art Specialist for the private collector, corporation or luxury hotel.  My company, Debra Rhodes Fine Art Services was developed in 1981 after several years working with an international print publisher.   My skills were further honed by experiencing and graduating from New York University School of Continuing Education: Appraisal Studies in Fine and Decorative Arts, in 1991.
